How to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 if the CPU is too old

  1. Change the Registry to allow the upgrade anyway.
Download this .REG file. Unzip it, and click it to merge with the Registry.
  2. Download the Windows 11 installer
Go to the heading "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices" to download it.
  3. Disconnect from the Internet.
  4. Click the ISO file to mount it, then click the executable file (setup.exe) to run it.
If it still disagrees, you may need to replace sources\appraiserres.dll with a blank file or an older version from Windows 10.
If that doesn't work, from command prompt, run setup.exe followed by the switch "/product server"
